Can a 3PL handle my eBay dispatch time requirements?
Yes — this is exactly what a fulfilment centre is for. Orders placed before our 2pm cut-off are dispatched the same day, which supports a one-working-day dispatch time on your listings. Consistent dispatch feeds directly into your seller standards and how eBay ranks your items.
How much does eBay fulfilment cost?
£0.95 per order plus £0.25 per extra unit, with a standard mailer included. Storage is £0.90 per shelf bin, £3.25 per pallet or £1.55 per cubic metre, all per week. There is no setup fee and no minimum volume, so a part-time eBay business pays for exactly what it uses.
I sell all sorts of items — can you cope with a varied catalogue?
Varied catalogues are normal for eBay and we price for them openly. The base rate covers a standard mailer; items needing more protection take bubble wrap at £0.45 or a fragile pack at £0.75, and oversized stock is stored by the cubic metre at £1.55 per week. Nothing is a surprise surcharge.
Do you handle eBay returns?
Yes. Returns come to our warehouse, are graded at £1.20 per unit — with a £0.75 electrical test for powered items — and resellable units return to stock. You see gradings and photos in the portal, which is useful evidence when a 'not as described' claim does not match the item that came back.
Can I fulfil eBay and other channels from the same stock?
Yes. One stock pool on our shelves can serve eBay, Amazon, Shopify and other channels, with a single live inventory view in the portal. That means no more splitting cartons between platforms or overselling an item because it sold twice in two places.
