How much does Shopify fulfilment cost per order?
Our rate is £0.95 per order plus £0.25 for each extra unit in the order, and a standard mailer is included in that price. There is no setup fee, no minimum order volume and the account fee is £29 per month with the first month free. Storage is charged separately from £0.90 per shelf bin per week.
At what order volume does a 3PL make sense for a Shopify store?
Because we have no minimums, the honest answer is: whenever your time packing orders is worth more than £0.95 per order. Some stores move to us at twenty orders a week to get their evenings back; others wait until fulfilment starts limiting ad spend. Month-to-month terms mean trying it is not a commitment.
Can you use my branded packaging and inserts?
Yes. A standard mailer is included in the £0.95 order rate, and we can pack into your own branded mailers or boxes and add printed inserts instead. Bundling extra items into an order is £0.25 per extra unit, and every packaging add-on appears as its own line on your billing ledger.
How do I know what stock you are holding for me?
The portal shows live inventory by SKU — received, on the shelf, allocated and dispatched. Goods-in discrepancies are photographed and sent as alerts rather than discovered at your next stocktake. It is the same data our warehouse team works from, not a weekly export.
What happens when a customer returns an order?
Returns come to us, are graded at £1.20 per unit, and resellable stock goes straight back into your live inventory. You see the grading and photos in the portal and choose what happens to units that cannot be resold. No more returns piling up in your hallway.
