How does subscription box fulfilment pricing work?
Each dispatched box is a fulfilment order at £0.95 plus £0.25 per extra unit, and kitting extra components into the box is £0.25 per unit — so a five-item box has a clear, calculable cost before you commit to the month's theme. Component storage runs from £0.90 per shelf bin per week, and every charge appears itemised on your ledger.
Can you dispatch all my subscribers' boxes on the same day?
Yes. Scheduled batch dispatch is the normal pattern for subscriptions: you upload the subscriber list by CSV, we pre-kit the run, and the cohort ships on your chosen date. That keeps delivery consistent across your base, which matters when subscribers compare arrival dates in your community.
Can you handle different box variants or subscriber preferences?
Yes. Variants — sizes, flavours, preference-based swaps — are handled as different kit recipes against the same component pool, driven by your subscriber list. The portal's live component counts show whether you have coverage for every variant before assembly begins, not halfway through.
What happens to leftover components after a monthly run?
They stay in your live inventory as individual SKUs and roll into future boxes, one-off sales or replacement parcels. Storage is £0.90 per shelf bin or £3.25 per pallet per week, so slow-moving components have a visible carrying cost rather than a hidden one. Many brands sell surplus as past-box one-offs through the same stock pool.
Can I sell one-off products alongside my subscription?
Yes, from the same inventory. Shop orders dispatch same day before the 2pm cut-off at the standard £0.95 rate, while the subscription cohort runs on its schedule. One stock pool, two rhythms, one live view in the portal.
